Deep Fried Turkey Recipes

Cinnamon Chile Dry Rub

1/2 cup Cinnamon
1/2 cup Red Chile Powder
1/2 cup Sea Salt
1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Rub mixture on inside and outside of turkey
Refrigerate overnight
